Dublin Bus diversions

Saturday 23rd Feb 2008
A suspect package discovered in Fairview Park, Dublin 3 around midday on Saturday 23rd Feb 2008, caused the main North Strand artery road from Annesley Bridge to Malahide Road to  be closed to traffic for several hours.
All Clontarf Garage routes, Harristown 27B & 128 along with Summerhill route 20B were forced to divert via Portland Row, Philipsburgh & Griffith Avenue, battling serious traffic congestion along roads not suited to coping with such volumes of traffic.
