Prior to the Ryder Cup 2006 golf tournament, Ringsend temporarily transferred some Volvo Olympians to Summerhill which had surrendered some of its latest AX class for Ryder Cup duties.
RA 210 - 215 ( 95 D 210 onwards ) gradually moved to their new garage at " the Hill " & began operating on the 16's, 41's & even 123's. The buses received Summerhill blinds & route scrolls. The Olympians blended in with the rest of the fleet & even some of the Summerhill drivers were unaware of these exiles.
Seen above, Ringsend Garage RA 213 on Summerhill route 16 at its southern terminus of Kingston past the Grange Road in Rathfarnham.
Apart from the shock on Milla Jovovich's face, it looks like a typical Summerhill Olympian. Tell tail signs that its not include the anti-shatter proof laminate on all the windows, plus some upstairs interior wear & tear.
Similar Ringsend RA 210 ( 95 D 210 ) with its oddball circular fog lamps is seen on O' Connell Street, not a place for a Ringsender to be usually operating around, heading for Kingston on the 16.

This " Tekken " PSP advert on the side of RA 213 is one of a new style of ads introduced by Titan Ireland with part of the advertisement overlapping from the frame & is becoming increasingly popular with advertisers & was only introduced on Dublin's buses in 2006.
